Our largest and most abundant flower bar. Designed to accommodate 75–100+ custom bouquets, it’s perfect for high-traffic events or celebrations with lots of guests. A true showstopper.

We provide the flowers! We make sure to analyze your inquiry carefully to ensure we get the perfect flowers for your event. Whether you need a certain color or a specific flower we have you covered!

When it comes to wrapping up your bouquets at the bar you have the option of choosing from our bouquet carriers or bouquet bags.

We’ll do setup and cleanup for you! On top of that we will help your guests create and package their bouquets.

You have the option to request premade arrangements or bouquets for your event.

Pricing Structure
$30/hour for the rental of the flower bar stand (includes setup, breakdown, and staffing)
+ Cost of flowers, based on the size of the stand and number of bouquets

Policies
Whether you’re booking a flower bar for a party, wedding, or corporate event, please review the policies below carefully:
Booking & Payments
Minimum rental time is 2 hours.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
Pricing includes setup, staffing, flowers, and supplies for your chosen stand size.
Custom flower requests outside the standard selection may incur additional charges based on availability and season.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before event: Full deposit refunded
14–29 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded
13 days or less: Deposit is non-refundable
Flower Supply
The number of flowers provided will be based on the stand size and expected number of bouquets.
Extra flowers beyond what was agreed upon may incur additional fees.
Setup Requirements
Client must ensure the event location is accessible and ready for setup upon arrival.
Please allow a 45 - 1 hour minute setup window before your event start time.
Travel & Delivery
Travel within Bakersfield is included.
Events outside this range may require an additional travel fee.
Damages
Clients are responsible for any damage to stands, buckets, signage, or materials due to negligence or mishandling.
Weather Policy
Space for umbrella will be needed if event is outside to protect flowers from direct sunlight.
In the event of inclement weather, rescheduling is possible based on availability, but deposits remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Additional Requests
Any add-ons or changes outside the original agreement may incur additional fees.
Please communicate requests in writing at least 2 weeks before the event to ensure we can accommodate them.
